PLEASE READ THROUGH BEFORE YOU MAKE A BOOKING


Booking

  • Email, or Messaging through our facebook page are preferred method of booking
  • Confirmation detail will be required when you make a booking ( Date, Name,Contactnumber, Roughly how many people, which area)
  • Notification of the final detail (number of people, address, What time you would like to start having meal) at the latest 5 days prior to the function /event.
  • Please inform us any decreases in numbers of guests 24 hours prior to the function /event.After this time may result in the original confirmed number invoiced for( or Food cost Charge may apply).

Cancellation

  • Cancellation of the catering within7days of the function / event will incur50 %charge of the arrangements to date.
  • Cancellation within48hours of the function / event will incur100%charge of the arrangements to date including ordered, prepared food and rostered staff

 


Payment

  • Cash, Cheque on the night of the Function / Event
  • Transfer into our account
  • Eftpos availabe only in Auckland
